Subsequently, as described above, a point of resemblance to a parliamentary system is existence of the three powers of government. However, there is a different point. In this system, their independence is perfect thanks to prohibition of an intervention set by Constitution of the U.S. For that reason, I consider that the system is better as I mentioned.
Then, this is also a matter of course, there are some merits and demerits to this system. The principal merits are two. They are thorough separation of powers, and ease to convert the political line. As a result, it can prevent absolute rule by a part of power as three powers. This is a necessary thing. Meanwhile, the chief demerits are also two. First, it is unclearness of responsibility, and why this is bad is that a risk that reckless policies are proceeded with irresponsibility. Moreover, the other is unstable of politics. It causes stagnate of politics, for instance, issues is not put to votes about laws and the Budget. However, this risk is not worthy of notice, besides, the merits are great. Consequently, it is certain that this system is better.

Finally, to compare and contrast them, I mention that presidential government is better system with confidence. The reason why is first thoroughness of the separation of powers. It is just important thing in democracy. Then, above all, the conclusive factor is that a people are conscious that the leader is elected by themselves because of a direct election. This is connected to vigorous support to a leader and strong interest in politics of the people.

To compare and contrast these two systems, I found some similarities and differences between them. Main similarities are existence of a leader, democracy, and the point that a leader forms a cabinet. Conversely, main differences are the degree of thoroughness of the separation of powers and a gap between the executive and the legislature. The gap on the presidential government is larger, thus the risk of becoming a dictatorship is less. Accordingly, I espouse the presidential government.
